Child-2-World on Motion Master volume II does a real nice job of doing
this, but it's kind of a pain, since you have to save a motion file for
each an every bone and then use Child-2-World to generate a new motion
file for the light or object.

Ah well...if this stuff were easy, everyone would be doing it...  =)
